Non-NHS customers

Contour works with many organisations and individuals, providing one to one support in addressing their assessment and custom seating needs. Our appointments can be conducted at either your premises or at the Contour clinic.

We are fully flexible in how we support you, and can work alongside your professionals (such as a case manager) or take the lead when necessary. We can provide clinical engineers, therapists or both if you need us to do so.

Offering a full ‘one stop shop’, we can offer a full and comprehensive solution, where we assess the client and prescribe the seat and chair, and then offer ongoing review, maintenance and support. We also offer our customers any of the individual elements of our service to fit around their needs.

We can:

  • Offer 24 hours posture and mobility assessments (assessing the posture and seating needs of client during sleep and waking hours)
  • supply clinical professionals
  • make independent recommendations, including product advice
  • provide standard equipment
  • manufacture the custom seat
  • provide ongoing maintenance and support

We work with a wide range of customers including the MoD, overseas embassies, private hospitals, case managers, schools and colleges, end users, families, carers and seating professionals (occupational therapists, physiotherapists and consultants).
